About US Notary China

I'm an American living in Shanghai. I went through the US notarization from China process myself, and watched friends spend weeks trying to book a consulate appointment, fly to a different province, and still get rejected at the window for the wrong jurat language.

Most online notary services do not work for people in mainland China, so the usual answer was either the consulate or nothing. We figured out a private Zoom setup that works from anywhere in China. Same legal weight as in person notarization, delivered in hours instead of weeks.

Flat $499 per document. We're not a law firm. We don't draft your documents or give legal advice. We're a fixer who got tired of watching expats burn weeks on a problem that should take an afternoon.

How we charge

Flat $499 per document. Covers session booking, document review, and the live Zoom notarization. Government fees and shipping (when you need a wet ink original mailed) are billed at cost with receipts. No subscriptions, no hidden fees, no upsells.
