How it works

Four steps. Most jobs are done inside 24 hours from when you message us.

  1. 1
    Message us on WeChat (cbo5180)

Send the document plus your deadline. We reply within an hour during China business time.

  2. 2
    We confirm the plan

Pre flight document review, exact timeline, total cost. You only pay once you've approved the plan.

  3. 3
    Pay $499 flat

One payment per document. Covers session booking, document review, and the live Zoom notarization.

  4. 4
    30 minute Zoom session

Hop on Zoom with your passport plus second ID and your unsigned document. Sign on camera. Your notarized document is delivered right after.

Before your Zoom

Have these ready and the session runs smoothly.

Bring with you
  • Your unexpired US passport (required for every signer).
  • A second government issued photo ID. A US driver license is ideal. A state ID, military ID, or US permanent resident card also works.
Prep checklist
  • Have your documents fully prepared and ready to review on screen, but do not sign anything yet. Notarization requires signing while the notary is watching.
  • Confirm the exact number of signers so we can plan the session length and walk every signer through ID verification.
  • Have your unexpired US passport and one other government issued photo ID in hand at the start of the call.
  • Pick a well lit, quiet spot with a stable internet connection. Phone, tablet, or laptop all work.

Why people pay us instead of going cheaper

There are cheaper notary shops in Shanghai. We are not the bargain option. We are the option for people who cannot afford for the document to be rejected, the closing to slip, or the visa to miss its window.

US based real estate and closing experience. We speak your title company and attorney fluently.

Native English support, available on text and call from anywhere in China.

Pre flight document review on every job. We catch jurat, signature block, and witness issues before the Zoom, not after.

Free re notarization if your recipient rejects the document because of something we should have caught.
