Notarize an I-864 Affidavit of Support Over Zoom from China
The I-864 affidavit of support is required from the sponsor in a US green card petition. USCIS does not strictly require notarization, but many consular officers and joint sponsors do. We handle it on Zoom.
Why this is hard to DIY
- ! Joint sponsors often want their I-864 notarized before they will sign and send it back.
- ! A consular officer at the green card interview may ask for a notarized version. Having it ready prevents a rescheduled interview.
What you get for $499
- ✓ A scheduled 30 minute Zoom session with a US commissioned notary.
- ✓ Pre flight document review so wording, jurat, and signature blocks pass on the first try.
- ✓ A US recognized notarized document, ready in under 24 hours.
- ✓ Optional wet ink original couriered to your US recipient at cost.
To start, we just need:
- → Completed I-864 form, unsigned.
- → Petitioner and beneficiary names.
- → Receiving party (joint sponsor, attorney, USCIS, consulate).
- → Photo of your US passport.
- → Number of signers on the document.
- → Your filing or closing deadline.
